一、以更高站位认识中小学价值观教育的影响力

二、以“四个原则”发挥中小学价值观教育的领导力

二是针对性原则。要把握不同学段学生的价值观发展阶段性特点,同时兼顾不同学段之间的衔接性。以“和谐”为例,小学低段侧重于班级邻里和谐,小学高段侧重于家庭和谐,初中段侧重于城市和谐;高中段则侧重于世界和谐。

三是思辩性原则。疫情开始后,每天的国内外形势都在变化,各种思想层出不穷,也在昭示中小学价值观教育千万不能拘泥于单一体例、单一模式,要打开思辩之门,以更宽的视角寻找价值观教育的落脚点。各校要针对不同学段的学生在重大疫情背后产生的多元价值观冲突而设计教学,帮助学生提高思辨能力。

四是情感性原则。价值观教育的学习过程是一个知信行统一的过程。其中,学生情感的激发是重点。在整个疫情防控过程中,涌现了许多积极的价值现象和高尚的人类行为,形成了一个个感人至深的“抗疫”故事,展现了广大医护人员敬畏生命、救死扶伤的人道主义精神,亿万人民群众众志成城、团结一心的集体主义精神和国家有难、匹夫有责的爱国主义精神以及中国人民大爱无疆、休戚与共的国际主义精神等等。在“爱国”主题篇章中,温州人自救、海外温州人支援的场面非常励志,这些都是“身边人身边事”,是增强学生爱国爱乡情感的良好素材。

三、以“三全育人”提升中小学价值观教育的执行力
